Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

Cancellation by Customer
   •    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund, minus processing fees.
   •    Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
   •    No-shows: No refund.

Cancellation by Carrohyr24

In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability), a full refund will be issued.

Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
