1. Introduction

Welcome to CarroHyr24, operated by Shivneri Car Rentals Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.carrohyr24.com and our corporate vehicle rental and employee transportation services.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CarroHyr24 provides premium corporate car rentals, employee transportation solutions, airport transfers, and VIP delegation mobility services in Pune and surrounding regions. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and acceptance by the Company.

3. Corporate Bookings and Accounts

For corporate partnerships and ongoing employee transportation contracts:

• Companies must register a valid corporate account with verifiable credentials and billing agreements.
• Rates, invoicing cycles, and credit terms will be governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between the client company and Shivneri Car Rentals Pvt. Ltd.
• Authorized corporate representatives are responsible for managing bookings and employee rosters via our designated channels.

4. Billing, Payments, and Cancellations

• All invoices are generated based on the agreed rates and logs (GPS tracking or physical duty slips).
• Payments must be made within the period specified in the corporate agreement. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
• Cancellations of scheduled trips must be reported within the defined timeline (e.g., 2 hours prior to dispatch for local rentals) to avoid cancellation charges. Detailed cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking.

5. Use of Vehicles & Safety Compliance

Safety is our top priority. We guarantee that all vehicles are well-maintained, sanitized, and conform to RTO rules. In return, clients and passengers agree to:

• Use vehicles solely for lawful passenger transport purposes.
• Comply with safety protocols, including wearing seatbelts and following driver instructions during travel.
• Refrain from activities that damage the vehicle, including smoking, consumption of alcohol, or transport of hazardous materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shivneri Car Rentals Pvt. Ltd. makes every effort to ensure timely, safe, and reliable transport. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from force majeure circumstances including severe weather, RTO/government regulations, traffic congestion, strikes, or road accidents beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
